clean and comfy
Super clean room with comfy beds and great A.C. The staff was friendly, especially at check-in and breakfast. Lots of breakfast options, just not a fan of the sausage. Fitness center available. Had some issues with room maintenance, like the microwave not spinning and some hair on towels, but overall a decent stay.

Wonderful economical hotel for 14 nights in Douglasville. Newly remodelled, spotless room with clean clean sheets and a jacuzzi, for instance, and excellent location. Paid US$ 70. The service in general was great. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The staff at this hotel is consistently courteous and extremely accommodating. The location is quiet and magnificent, perfect for exploring Atlanta easily. The hotel offers good service and pet-friendly rooms with a double bed. The breakfast at this hotel is good with a wide array of food options available.

Pillows were comfortable
Staff was asked not to enter our room while we were absent, manager said "OK" but sent people in our room anyway. Shower didn't work in the first room we were given, in the next room we were moved to the heat didn't work. It was noisy and and there was pubic hair in nearly every towel. Tops of the surfaces in the rooms were dusty.

my room was clean. the bathroom was particularly attractive. though the entrance to the hotel is no more than 30 yards from i-20, I didn't hear a sound from it all night. breakfast included what appeared to be real eggs.
the fitness room was minimal. the treadmill was cheaply made; just walking fast made it shake and rattle. there's no way you could jog on it.

Our stay at this budget-friendly spot lived up to our expectations. We really liked our cozy room with a double bed. The whole place was spotless and tidy. 🌟

The room was extra clean, especially the bathroom. The TV was really clear, and had all our good channels. The front desk employees were extremely nice and cordial...very, very helpful. The hallway was in excellent shape...very clean. The entire facility was super, super clean, even the grounds...all the plants, shrubbery, and lawn was very kempt. On a scale of 1-10, my wife and I rate Comfort Inn Douglasville an 11!!
My wife and I had to leave and go home...we didn't want to leave!
