Comfort Inn Douglasville - Atlanta West

Wonderful economical hotel for 14 nights in Douglasville. Newly remodelled, spotless room with clean clean sheets and a jacuzzi, for instance, and excellent location. Paid US$ 70. The service in general was great. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Its staff was amicable and best. The room was newly renovated and updated and the bed extremely comfy.

Pillows were comfortable

Staff was asked not to enter our room while we were absent, manager said "OK" but sent people in our room anyway. Shower didn't work in the first room we were given, in the next room we were moved to the heat didn't work. It was noisy and and there was pubic hair in nearly every towel. Tops of the surfaces in the rooms were dusty.

Clean facility

They didn't honor the rate we found on Booked.net. They added "extra" taxes to inflate the rate.

great walking access to parks and local attractions

I really appreciated the cute staff and the relatively clean room. I loved how close it was to Deer Lick Park, only about 3 km away, and the Douglas County Museum of History and Art was also just a short drive away, offering a glimpse into the local culture.

The room was extra clean, especially the bathroom. The TV was really clear, and had all our good channels. The front desk employees were extremely nice and cordial...very, very helpful. The hallway was in excellent shape...very clean. The entire facility was super, super clean, even the grounds...all the plants, shrubbery, and lawn was very kempt. On a scale of 1-10, my wife and I rate Comfort Inn Douglasville an 11!!

my room was clean. the bathroom was particularly attractive. though the entrance to the hotel is no more than 30 yards from i-20, I didn't hear a sound from it all night. breakfast included what appeared to be real eggs.

the fitness room was minimal. the treadmill was cheaply made; just walking fast made it shake and rattle. there's no way you could jog on it.

The check-in process was slow, and the breakfast options could use improvement. It's a good choice for a short visit or for families.

Everyone I mat was kind and helpful, making my stay a good one .

Not many decent restaurants on Hwy 92.

We visited a local park and checked out some shops nearby. The comfy beds were a hit, and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed some quality time by the pool, though breakfast could use an extra hour. The location is perfect for exploring the area, just about 12 miles away from Six Flags.

Room was clean and pillows were great.

Clerk was on a personal call when I arrived. She paused the conversation long enough to complete check-in while barely acknowledging my presence. Resumed personal call while I gathered my things and departed for the room. Phone was ringing as I left the counter. Hotel operator was not represented well by this clerk.

Fantastic family getaway with friendly staff

The location was perfect, allowing quick access to nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly, especially Amber, who gave excellent local recommendations. The rooms were super clean and the beds were some of the comfiest I've ever experienced. One area for improvement could be extending breakfast hours to accommodate families with varying schedules.

Once we were confirmed our visit was excellent. Everything was clean and staff was superb. The management was extremely helpful with our needs and information.

There was not enough staff to make and service breakfast. It didn't go smoothly. Coffee ran out along with the hot breakfast dishes, and yogurt. It took a little while to get them replenished. Once done it was quite good and tasty. It was Labor Day weekend- soooo could have been problem. Should have anticipated the crowds.
